Proliner users

I am interested in hearing from any out there using the Proliner. I am interested in finding out what kind of Cad software is being used and (http://maplered.com) also what kind of plotters. We have a Jaguar cutting plotter that seems like more trouble than is reasonable. What plotters are recommended for this set up? A CAD/plotter combo would be ideal. Any experiences or advice will be tremendously appreciated.
